Submit a sales offer

Once the property rules allow (for example after lock-up), you submit a sales offer with a buyout price per investment.

Offer accepted or declined

If your offer is declined, you may submit further sales offers. If it is accepted, no further offers are possible for that investment.

Payout & audited record

On acceptance, payout is processed and we issue an official, audited document for your transaction — traceable for your records.

Funding and lock-up duration are set per property (12 months is just an example). Exit offers follow each property rules — early exit during lock-up only with a penalty. See each property page under exit offer for details.

What you can do on Block Estate

A concise overview of investor features.

Create an account and sign in

Use Create account to register with your name and email, then sign in from the header. Your session stays active in the browser.

Manage your profile (nationality, permit, contact)

Under Dashboard — Profile you set nationality and, if you are not Swiss, your residency permit (B or C). You can add mobile phone (E.164, e.g. +41…) and date of birth.

Browse and filter properties

The Properties page lists every listing; use filters to narrow results. Each card opens a detail page with metrics, photos, and funding progress.

Invest and complete payment

On a property page you choose an amount (minimum CHF 250), accept the platform and property legal terms (including PDFs), and complete checkout online. You receive a confirmation.

Dashboard: portfolio overview

The dashboard shows total invested capital, estimated annual returns, and a per-property breakdown. Quick links go to your investments and properties; banners highlight when exit offers are available.

Refer friends (referral program)

Dashboard — Referrals (left navigation) explains the program, shows your code, the current reward per sign-up, and every payout you have received.

Sales offer after the lock-up

After funding, each property has a lock-up phase (often around 12 months, but it may be shorter or longer). Afterward you submit one sales offer per investment with a buyout price. On acceptance, payout is processed with an audited document.

Minimum ticket and payouts

Minimum investment is CHF 250. Rental or yield distributions follow each property's rules and are reflected on the platform.
