A concise overview of investor features — from your account through referrals and exit offers.
Use Create account to register with your name and email, then sign in from the header. Your session stays active in the browser.
Under Dashboard — Profile you set nationality and, if you are not Swiss, your residency permit (B or C). You can add mobile phone (E.164, e.g. +41…) and date of birth.
The Properties page lists every listing; use filters to narrow results. Each card opens a detail page with metrics, photos, and funding progress.
On a property page you choose an amount (minimum CHF 250), accept the platform and property legal terms (including PDFs), and complete checkout online. You receive a confirmation.
After investing you can download your confirmation PDF where offered. Dashboard — Investments lists every position, return metrics, and links back to each property.
The dashboard shows total invested capital, estimated annual returns, and a per-property breakdown. Quick links go to your investments and properties; banners highlight when exit offers are available.
Dashboard — Referrals (left navigation) explains the program, shows your code, the current reward per sign-up, and every payout you have received. New users may enter your code on sign-up; on success the bonus is credited to your wallet.
While a property is still funding, you can leave your email on the detail page to be notified when the funding period ends.
As an investor you can view upkeep and renovation tasks on the property page (and under Investments). Where voting is enabled for co-investors, you can indicate your preferred quote.
After funding, each property has a lock-up phase (often around 12 months, but it may be shorter or longer). During lock-up, standard sales offers are not available; early exit only with a penalty — property yield still accrues. Afterward you submit one sales offer per investment with a buyout price. If declined, you may submit more; if accepted, not. On acceptance, payout is processed and we issue an official, audited document for your transaction.
Minimum investment is CHF 250. Rental or yield distributions follow each property’s rules and are reflected on the platform.
